Our Process: Step 1 &2
We try to make this whole process of having an estate sale the easiest thing for you. We know that you are dealing with a lot and that setting up, researching, and hosting an estate sale should be taken off your plate completely. When you hire Clover House Estate Sales you know that you and your family will be well taken care of throughout the entire process!
Step 1: Simply reach out to us! You can email us by clicking here! Some info we would love to have is where the estate sale house is located and a couple of day/time suggestions that would work well for you for us to schedule a free in-home consultation. During this consultation we will meet you at the estate sale house and assess the items that will be for sale. During this time we can also go over the timeline for your sale and give an estimated date for the sale days.
Step 2: You leave it all to us! After the initial meeting we will begin our work. We clean and organize all the items in the home to create styled sections so that customers can easily find the items they are looking for and are more enticed to purchase. With our 15+ years of estate sale experience in the Montgomery County area we know the fair market value of most items in a home but there are always those extraordinary pieces (that we absolutely love coming across) and we will research the items to determine their value. After that it’s marketing time and on to step 3!
