Step 3: Once the sale is set up and priced it’s time to start the marketing! Clover House has it’s own account on EstateSales.Net where we heavily advertise your sale. We also invite our entire email list that we have built through the last 10 years. Our clients and customers are loyal and love visiting our sales and we can’t wait to share your sale with them! Other advertising outlets that are available and could be employed are the local newspaper, Instagram, and Facebook. During your estate sale weekend we hire any additional employees needed so that customers are attended to in a professional and efficient manner.
Step 4: There’s one of two ways after the sale that we can go, which is determined at the initial in-home meeting and is outlined in your service agreement with Clover House. Depending on the needs of the family after the sale we could collect our tables and equipment and get out of your hair for your family processes to then proceed. Or, say if the home is going on the market after the sale, we could continue to sell as many leftover items as we can within a specified time frame and then completely clear the contents of the home so that it’s ready for pictures and listing!
